Financial Learner – Your Future Position?
As a member of the finance team you will provide financial, clerical and administrative support to the finance team in order to ensure all financial processes are performed on time and in an accurate manner.
In this role you will be responsible for:
Invoice Management:
You will check and scan invoices in order to ensure they contain correct information andare properly registered in the accounting system. You will follow up on scanned invoices to ensure they are loaded in the system on time.
Financial Documentation:
You will prepare, check and fi le all the required documentation, as assigned by the finance team. You will prepare documentation for banks and prepare reports as requested by the finance team.
Administrative Support:
You will provide ad hoc administrative support to the finance team.
Learnership:
You will be required to attend class and complete assessments.
