Life Healthcare (SA) is inviting graduate candidates to apply for the Management Trainee Programme 2023.

Opportunities exist in Life Healthcare (SA) for Post Graduate candidates with sound academic track-records and with good career potential. Our Management Trainee Programme is a 24-month structured trainee journey that will be broad, developmental, stretching and rigorous.

The programme promises to provide extensive exposure to private healthcare in both the Head Office and Business Operations environments.

Successful candidates on the programme will be prepared for middle management roles within the company’s SA business.Z

 

Critical Outputs

• The programme is based on a Learning and Development model that includes exposure to senior leadership, functional exposure, operational exposure, practical application of learning and responsibility for measurable deliverables. Regular progress feedback will be required.
• Candidates will be given the opportunity to practice soft skills and team participation that will enable them to connect, create their identity and promote themselves in the corporate environment.

• While the trainee programme opportunity will be well structured, supportive of career development and have mentorship guidance, the candidates are responsible to drive their own development and success.

 

Requirements

• Post graduate qualification/s in Commerce or Science in/or (Accounting; Finance; Business Management; Business Science; Economics; Statistics) or Engineering
• Please Note: a minimum average of 75% in your final year of studies (based on all subjects)
• Must be able and willing to travel / relocate to business sites when required
