Braemore Precious Metals Refinery is a progressive and innovative mining company focussing on metals recovery and processing.
The lnyoni Plant operation is situated in the Brits area. Exciting opportunities currently exist for a: Plant Attendant (X5 Positions)
To be considered for appointment into this position, the successful candidates must have:
• Grade 12/N3 with mathematics and science
• 1 year Experience in mining or a heavy manufacturing environment
Medical Fit and be prepared to work shifts.
The following competencies would ensure a successful job fit:
Ability to work without supervision as a member of a team, Safety conscious.
This position reports to the Shift Supervisor and the Key Performance
Indicators includes:
• Takes samples for analysis.
• Complete hourly log sheets.
• Unchokes pumps, pipelines, etc.
• Manually verifies instrument calibration (e.g., physically measures reagent dose or
density for comparison with instrument dose or density reading) and reports
deviations.
• Take tank levels and stock count.
• Housekeeping.
• Adhere to all Health and Safety Regulations as per the Act and Policies and Procedures
