Job Functions:

Icebolethu is calling for suitable candidates to apply for the position of a Call Centre Retentions
Agent for our Johannesburg Call Centre. The incumbent will be required to perform tasks supporting
the Call Centre. Please note that this is both an Internal and external advert, thus applies to Casual
staff and external possible candidates.

FIXED TERM: 6 Months

Qualifications required for the position:

• Grade 12
• Computer Certificate
• RE 1/ RE5 is Advantageous
• Relevant Tertiary qualification is dvantageous

Experience required for the position:

• Minimum of 1 -2 years in sales / Insurance

Skills required for the position:

• Computer literacy in MS Office Suite
• Have good communication skills
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Honesty and Intergrity
• Excellent Decision making
• Administrative skills

Key Performance Areas:

• To ensure a high level of customer service within the area of responsibility.
• Attending and resolving all clients / customer queries in accordance with Service Level
  Agreement.
• Drive overall customer satisfaction strategies.
• Recording client details and managing administration, communicating and coordinating with
  internal departments.
• Maintaining good working environment by building a healthy working relationship with
  co-workers.
• Ensure commitment to FAIS and FSCA requirements.
• Maintain optimal operational efficiencies based on productivity measures.
• Achieving sales targets as set out.
• Increase customer by reducing cash premium paying clients.
